About the job

• Manage PPC efforts on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads.
• • Expand advertising campaigns to drive continued growth in a high-performing marketing channel.
• • Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution.
• • Work closely with creative and content teams to seamlessly execute Paid Search campaigns.
• • Measure and improve key performance indicators such as Impressions, CTR, CPC, Conversion, Lead Quality, Spend, etc.
• • Learn the business. Understand services to build effective keyword/campaign strategies with team.
• • Lead and mentor a team to develop their individual growth and success.
• • Responsible for crafting and implementing PPC strategy for clients.
• • Optimize campaigns using Web Analytics tools and provide insights to clients.
• • Communicate any roadblocks in the performance of campaigns.
• • To lead client calls and present reports on a weekly basis.
• • Support pitches and any productization initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of graphic designers, providing mentorship, creative direction, and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conceptualize, develop, and execute innovative design solutions for a diverse range of projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing campaigns, digital assets, print collateral, packaging, and more.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, content, and web development, to comprehend project goals and deliver designs that align with strategic objectives.
• Uphold and elevate the visual identity of Pixenite Pvt. Ltd., ensuring consistency across all branding touchpoints and platforms.
• Generate compelling and visually arresting content that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates our brand essence.
• Showcase experience in designing Amazon Enhanced Brand Content (EBC) to enhance product listings and drive customer engagement.
• Leverage packaging design skills to create impactful and visually appealing packaging solutions that resonate with the target audience. Stay attuned to evolving design trends, tools, and technologies, and proactively integrate new ideas to enhance design processes and outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, adhering to project timelines while maintaining the highest standards of design quality.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, articulating creative rationale, and incorporating feedback to refine designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A robust portfolio showcasing a minimum of 2 years of diverse design work, highlighting proficiency in branding, marketing collateral, digital design, Amazon EBC, and packaging design.
• Expertise in industry-standard design software, including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Demonstrated creative flair and a solid understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and guide junior designers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the capability to present and elucidate design concepts effectively.
• Self-motivated, adept at time management, and skilled at prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering design excellence.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment and the capacity to pivot as priorities shift.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and experience in web design will be advantageous.
